Do you sell tickets for concerts and shows?
No, EZY-Go.com does not sell sole tickets for shows. EZY-Go.com only sells tickets in combination with travel, treatment and incentives or with hotel rooms. For tickets alone you soon can select from our inventory at www.ezy-ticket.com.

How can I check package availability?
We will display if arrangements are still available when it comes from stock or allotments. When the package display reserve instead of the stock availability, will be checked for their availability after your booking receipt.

What is inclusive or exclusive
Each package arrangement clearly states the inclusive and exclusives. Read carefully through to be fully informed and to avoid any misunderstandings. If it is not clear, please contact us by email. We will check with our partner and inform you within 2 working days. All the partners will describe VAT in- or exclusion.

Are there any reservation costs?
Any reservation costs charged to you will be written in the package information by the partners.

Is it possible to customize or extend the package arrangement?
Customization or extension is usually displayed on the website. The partner shall display the possibilities. However, in the case that this information is missing, please send us an email for verification.

What is a single, double of twin room?

Single Room	= 1-person's occupation of a hotel room (additional extra charged)
Double Room	= Hotel room with 1 double bed
Twin Room	= Hotel room with 2 bed

When do I receive my travel documents or vouchers?
Depending on the booking date we send the documents one to two weeks in advance by email. You also can receive these documents by EMS or within Bangkok by Messenger but additional costs will be charged.

Can I close a travel or cancellation insurance?
Yes, that is possible. Under Services on the main page you can apply for your insurance (in collaboration with BUPA)

How can I pay for the package arrangement?
Each partner decides how they would like to receive payment and each package will display the payment conditions. Our payment network currently includes all major credit cards, debit cards and is linked to our cash payment channel that includes payment at all major Tesco Lotus department stores (in Thailand).
