Without written permission from EZY-Go.com, it is forbidden to copy, reproduce, share or deep link package, page or any other site information for commercial purposes. The participants, advertisers or agencies are obligated to use videos, images, logos and text correctly with respect for culture, politics, people or religion and have agreed to a correct usage and publishing in the EZY-Go or affiliated websites. EZY-Go.com cannot be held responsible for any communication errors in imaging, text, media, data transfer.

Logos and visuals
Publishing EZY-Go.com logo and visuals may only then be published in return for a direct link to the EZY-Go.com website.

Invoicing and payment
Individual customers can pay for the services on EZY-Go.com through debit or credit card. In Thailand we also accept ATM and cash payment. For group bookings, more than 10 persons payment on invoice shall be accepted. All the payments must have been received in full ,prior and in line with the terms and conditions from the participant or EZY-Go, to confirm and guarantee the booking of the package tour or event, unless otherwise has been described.

Doubles and overbooking
EZY-Go.com publishes the total number of the available packages. Double bookings or overbooking can occur. When this happens, the EZY-Go.com team will directly contact the buyer (during office hours only) to inform and find a solution.

Fulfilment
EZY-Go.com offers participants such as tour operators, travel agencies, event organizers and venues publishing rights for their packages on EZY-Go.com. The participants have agreed and shall be fully responsible for the correct follow up and fulfilment of each booking. EZY-Go.com is not responsible for any damages caused by failure in the fulfilment obligations of the published packages.EZY-Go.com solely makes the packages available to the buyer for purchasing online. EZY-Go.com sends on behalf of the participants an order confirmation. For any service that EZY-Go indirect provides, the participating party shall be responsible for a correct execution. EZY-Go.com can never be held responsible for dissatisfaction in the quality of any package fulfilment other than connecting the buyer to the participant who agrees after confirming and paying for the booking.

Data Capture
EZY-Go.com captures data from visitors and buyers to the EZY-Go.com or affiliated websites, who insert corporate and personal data in the mailing list and booking fields to establish a booking. This information is saved and only used for booking completion or mailing distribution purposes of EZY-Go.com promotions. Selected information is shared with third parties in case of organizational involvement to handle the purchase correctly. The captured data information will not be sold to third parties for marketing purposes or analysis. All the databases and transmissions are secured and protected.

Cookies
A cookie shall be placed on the buyers computer during the booking process to fasten the booking process in the present and future with automatic saving of personal information. Future information required to complete a booking shall then automatically be filled in. EZY-Go.com measures page visits, visitor numbers and other relevant information to optimize the EZY-Go.com service quality. If a buyer visits the EZY-Go.com website through an affiliated website, a cookie shall be saved on the buyer's computer.

Mailing List / Calendar updates
After registration to our mailing list or calendar updates, EZY-Go informs you frequently advertising, promotions or corporate information. In case that you prefer not to receive any more information from EZY-Go.com, visit the website and unsubscribe in the same way as you have previously subscribed.
